Software License Agreement and Limited Warranty

The Software and any Documentation (collectively the `Software`) is protected by Copyright Law and International Treaty.

You should carefully read the terms and conditions of this agreement before purchasing and installing the Software.

If you, or your Company (collectively `You`) do not agree to any of the terms of this License Agreement, then do not purchase, install, or use this Software.

This License is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements.

Subject to receipt by Cgiscriptshop.com of the applicable license fee, you are granted a non-exclusive right to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer only as authorized in this License. This is not a concurrent use license. If you need another copy of the Software to be installed you must purchase another license.

One installed copy of the Software may be accessed and used through a network by any number of users from remote locations.

Unlimited License allows a company to install the Software on an unlimited number of computers within that company only if those computers are used for the purpose of the purchasing company. Unlimited License does not allow redistributing the Software.

The Software is distributed as it is and with no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. Experience dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the risk of using the program. This Disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this License Agreement.

Any liability of the distributor will be limited exclusively to refund of purchase price. In no event shall the distributor, or its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of this Software.

You may not sub-license, sell, rent, lease or redistribute the Software in any form without prior written consent. You may create derivative works using its code partially providing appropriate references, assuming the purpose of the resulting product will be completely different from that of initial program. You may of course modify or improve a reasonably small part of the code of this Software in order to fit better to your needs provided the Software logo, its look and feel and the text of this License Agreement remain intact.
